First Aid Courses
At H2O Safety, we offer a wide range of first aid courses designed to meet the needs of individuals and organisations across various sectors. All our courses can be delivered in house at our training centre in Hayle, Cornwall or on-site at your location of choice. Our courses are carefully crafted to provide participants with the skills and knowledge needed to respond effectively to medical emergencies and potentially life-threatening situations.

Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
This course is ideal for individuals who require basic first aid training to fulfil workplace requirements. Participants will learn essential first aid skills to respond to common workplace emergencies.
First Aid at Work (FAW)
Designed for individuals who require comprehensive first aid training for high-risk workplaces or environments. This course covers a wide range of first aid techniques and scenarios, preparing participants to handle a variety of medical emergencies.
Paediatric First Aid
Specifically tailored for those working with infants and young children, this course covers paediatric-specific first aid techniques, including CPR, choking, and dealing with childhood illnesses and injuries.
Outdoor & Forestry First Aid
Designed for outdoor enthusiasts, adventure guides, and professionals working in outdoor environments, these courses covers essential first aid skills tailored to outdoor settings. Participants learn how to manage injuries, illnesses, and emergencies in remote locations.
CPR & Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
This course teaches participants how to effectively do Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation & use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in conjunction with CPR to improve survival rates in cases of sudden cardiac arrest.
Basic Life Support (BLS)
This course focuses on teaching participants the essential skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and basic life support techniques for adults, children, and infants.
Administering Emergency Medical Gasses
This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge to administer oxygen & Entonox therapy safely and effectively in various healthcare and emergency settings.
First Response Emergency Care (FREC)
We offer FREC Level 3 & Level 4 certifications in emergency medical care. Designed for healthcare professionals, first responders, and those working in high-risk environments, our FREC courses provide comprehensive training in advanced medical assessment, trauma management, and life-saving interventions.
